What are your shipping charges across Pakistan?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 on all orders. However, shipping is absolutely free on orders above PKR 5,000.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Other remote areas may take 5-7 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments via debit/credit cards and EasyPaisa for your convenience.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, we have a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Since our fits range from slim to oversized, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Urban Walk Pakistan only ships within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.
